Important note on payments: We do not store your full card, UPI, or bank details on our servers. Payments are processed directly by our third-party payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay/Stripe), which has its own privacy policy and security safeguards.

To communicate order confirmations, delivery updates, and receipts
To send push notifications about order status, offers, and promotions
To locate the nearest 175°C store and calculate delivery routes/times
To provide customer support

3. Third-Party Services We Use

We share limited information with trusted third-party service providers strictly to operate the App:

Payment Gateway (e.g., Razorpay/Stripe) — to securely process your payments. They receive payment details directly; we receive only confirmation of successful/failed transactions.
Push Notification Service (e.g., Firebase Cloud Messaging) — to deliver order updates and promotional notifications to your device.

These providers are only permitted to use your information to perform services on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in these situations:

With delivery staff/partners, to the extent necessary to complete your order
With the third-party service providers listed above

You may disable location permissions at any time via your device settings (this may limit delivery-related features)
You may opt out of push notifications via your device settings
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us (see Section 10)

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
